Mentorship Programme

Our Mentorship Programme is targeted at Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) women, residing in England and Wales, who have studied, are studying or working in Law.

Every Mentee Matters
At The BAME Woman in Law, we prioritise quality over quantity. Using The 3 C’s, our mentors adopt a unique approach in guiding each mentee based on their needs, to provide them with valuable industry insight and an overall transformative experience.

The 3 C’s
  1. Creating – Our mentors find out what mentees want to achieve and create a system to help them achieve this
  2. Confidence – Our mentors help to build the confidence of mentees by focusing on where they excel and their passions
  3. Connecting – Our mentors contribute to expanding the network of mentees by connecting them with other legal professionals & institutions

Programme Structure
Our Mentorship Programme is run in two phases.  Phase 1 runs from February - June and Phase 2 runs from August - December.
Applications for Phase 2 of our 2025 Mentorship Programme are now open. We are accepting applications on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early to secure your spot.
